Partner, Sahil Arora was invited to participate in a panel discussion titled, ‘Artificial Intelligence in Legal Practice’ at the organised by the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) India (under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India) on the theme of, “The Legal Dimensions of Global Trade@2047.”
Sahil discussed the impact of AI on M&A transactions, issues of data privacy while using AI, and the need to adopt AI cautiously in the absence of clear regulatory frameworks.
