Our Senior Associate, Ganesh Varma was invited to conduct a knowledge session on “Navigating the Emerging Legal and Regulatory Landscape of Internet Governance” at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) (Institute of National Importance), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
The discussions during the session involved the challenging trade-offs in internet regulation, mapping different focus areas of emerging legislation and regulatory approaches for emerging technologies.
The session was very well received by all the attendees, which comprised of Judges, District Attorney, IPS officers & prosecution officers.
