“The Apex Court in Vidarbha noted that the Code does not countenance dishonesty or deliberate failure to repay the dues of an operational creditor. However, it remains to be seen if the different standards for financial creditors held in Vidarbha would increase the risk of such failure or dishonesty being countenanced on the part of financial creditors.”
