Our Insolvency & Restructuring Partner, Abhishek Swaroop and Principal Associate, Anupm Prakash were invited to conduct a certificate course on “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws!” organized in collaboration with Centre for Business and Commercial Laws, NLIU on October 30th.
The course explored topics such as avoidable transactions under the Code, exceptions to moratorium, and dissenting financial creditors in the waterfall mechanism.
