Mohit Saraf was invited by the National Judicial Academy as a resource person to conduct an internal program for District Judges.
This specialized program, which saw participation from over 45 District Judges across the nation, serves as a testament to Mr. Saraf’s unparalleled contributions to the legal profession.
Mr. Saraf’s involvement is particularly noteworthy as he was the sole legal practitioner among a faculty comprising sitting High Court and retired Supreme Court judges.
The faculty comprised of Justice A.K. Goel, former Justice of the Supreme Court of India; Justice K. Kannan, former Justice High Court of Punjab and Haryana; Justice Anubha Rawat Choudhary, Justice High Court of Jharkhand; Justice Debangsu Basak, Justice High Court of Calcutta; Justice Somasekhar Sundaresan, Justice High Court of Bombay; Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain, Justice High Court of Delhi; Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, Justice High Court of Madras and Justice Sanjeeb K.
