This was an exclusive Workshop for High Court Justices ‘For Commercial Division And Commercial Appellate Division On Commercial Disputes’ and was organised by The National Judicial Academy (NJA), Bhopal.
Mr. Saraf elaborated on Public Private Partnership and Disputes under Building and Development Contracts, followed by an interactive Q&A session. The workshop was attended by over 20 High Court Justices.
