Kunal has advised on a multitude of domestic transactions in the Banking & Finance and Projects space across multiple sectors, which include, shipping, technology, manufacturing, power, renewable energy, roads, ports etc.
In projects space, Kunal has advised governmental agencies in road, port and power sectors, in drafting and finalizing their model contracts (including concession and O&M agreements), bidding documents etc., assisted them in finalizing their proposed structures for concession and harmonizing the existing models with certain sectoral changes in law. Kunal has also advised a few noted infrastructure companies in the market in host of issues concerning their business, in renewable energy sector. In banking and finance side, Kunal has advised various banks and financial institutions in their complex lending transactions, digitization of their lending products, restructuring of debt etc. Kunal also has considerable experience in advising new age technology companies in relation to various complex issues concerning their business expansion.
