Anirudh Krishan Gandhi, Partner Designate at Saraf and Partners, was invited by the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences to deliver a two-days practical workshop on the Essentials of Arbitration Agreement and Law Governing Arbitration Agreement in International Commercial Arbitration on 6^th – 7^th April 2024.
