Saraf and Partners, a premier full service Indian law Firm, completed its first year of establishment on 18
July 2022. On this day, the Firm came together to celebrate its first anniversary (S&P Day) – a journey of
awakening, inclusivity and legal excellence. In the last year, the Firm has grown rapidly and has earned
tremendous amount of goodwill in the legal fraternity.
To mark the occasion, all three offices of the Firm got together to take part in the Firm’s Annual Day
program. During the program, Mr. Mohit Saraf, Founder & Managing Partner, addressed the entire Firm,
speaking about the Firm’s collective vision. During his inspirational address, Mr. Saraf quoted that “The past
year has been an incredible journey and we take this opportunity to thank our clients for their confidence
and trust in us. This would not have been possible without their unwavering support. We are creating a
conducive environment where everyone is motivated to give their best. It is paramount that we create an
institution that, from top to bottom, belongs to each one of us and everyone has a say in the decision-
making process. That’s the exposure we want to offer”. Mr. Saraf also announced sixteen
promotions/appointments across practice areas and welcomed all the new designees. While 60 percent of
these appointments are women, the Firm’s gender ratio for its campus recruits in 2022 was 50-50. This
demonstrates the Firm’s committed towards inclusivity and diversity and the same reflects in its growth
strategies and processes.
While the Firm ushers into its next phase of growth and development, the annual day program ended with
an evening of cocktails and dinner. This evening of entertainment and excitement, was a perfect way to
conclude the Firm’s first S&P Day, opening to door to many more milestones and achievements.
Saraf and Partners is on a hiring spree and growing from strength to strength. The Firm has more than
doubled its strength in a year, with 34 Partners and a total strength of 180. To accommodate the growing
strength, the Firm inaugurated brand-new 18,000 sqft. office space in Mumbai, earlier this month. The Firm
also expanded its head office to 20,000 sqft. office premises in Delhi NCR, earlier this year.
