OVERVIEW

Mr. Saraf has vast and rich experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring & Insolvency, Projects, Energy & Infrastructure and Private Equity practice areas. He has advised major global and Indian companies and several large institutional clients such as global fund houses, sovereign funds, pension houses and hedge funds. Mr. Saraf has also worked closely with large domestic and international banks and lending houses.

He has a vast experience of over 26 years and has been the Corporate practice head at L&L Partners Law Offices (where he was associated for more than 26 years) and was also instrumental in setting up of the Firm. He is also a member of National Executive Committee of FICCI and co-chair of Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, Corporate Laws Committee and the Stressed Assets Committee of FICCI.
