and multi-national corporations including serving as Director on the board of an
internationally reputed IT & Software MNC, and has rendered services to highly
reputed clients in some of the most challenging and well known corporate
transactions.
Gitanjali core expertise lies in transaction structuring, negotiating and drafting
transaction documents including share holder agreements, share purchase
agreements, investment agreements, financing documents, and general legal
advisory.
She has advised several IT / ITES clients in establishing operations in India and in
relation to their ongoing business, including advising on regulatory matters (licensing
regulations and legal compliance), office set-up, employment matters and exchange
