He has a rich experience in dealing with commercial disputes ranging from winding up and insolvency & bankruptcy matters, proceedings in relation to debts due to financial institutions, to proceedings pertaining to oppression and mismanagement and shareholders’ disputes, regulatory and contractual disputes. Having extensively practiced in the National Company Law Tribunals, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, he has a wide-ranging experience in the original as well as appellate proceedings.
