He is well-known for his meticulous advisory on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and transfers, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, privatizations and business / asset transfers. He regularly advises clients on investment and exit strategies and related regulatory matters including on setting up of business presence in India. He also works closely with the Government of India on disinvestments, including advising on related policy matters.
