The Winners were decided by a Jury which comprised of Former Supreme Court and High Court Judges, Senior Advocates and leading General Counsels.

• ‘M&A Deal of the Year’ (Premium) Award for “Biocon Biologics Acquisition of Viatris’ Global Biosimilars” for US$3.2Bn. This deal is the largest M&A deal globally in biosimilars business.

What makes these awards more special is that Saraf and Partners, has not been shortlisted in categories like Boutique Law Firm / Rising Law Firm, but instead have been placed at par with leading top tier full-service law firms in India. This is a great achievement for the Firm in just 20 months of its existence.
